Petraeus (mythology) explained
In Greek mythology, Petraeus or Petraios (grc|Πετραίῳ||of a rock) may refer to two separate characters:
- Petraeus, the "laughing tippling" leader of the satyrs[1] who joined the army of Dionysus in his campaign against India.[2] [3]
- Petraeus, son of Carystus (son of Chiron) and father of Zarex,[4] adopted father of Anius.[5]
