Peter Chibwe Kapala is a Zambian politician.[1] [2] He is the current Minister of Fisheries and Livestock of Zambia[3] and a nominated member of parliament.[4] He is the member of United Party for National Development (UPND). He holds a Master's in Civil and Structural Engineering and a Technician Certificate.
