Staffline Group PLC, the UK's largest outsourced workforce provider, acquired PeoplePlus in 2015. The formation of PeoplePlus resulted from the merger of three companies previously owned by Staffline:[2] EOS (acquired in 2011),[3] [4] Avanta (acquired in 2014),[5] [6] and A4e (acquired in 2015).[7]
PeoplePlus acquired LearnDirect Apprenticeships in 2018,[8] becoming the UK's largest apprenticeship provider at the time.
In 2019, PeoplePlus more than doubled its prison education services with additional contracts worth £100 million and provided educational services in 26 prisons in Britain.[9]
