The People's Party (; Popular) is a left-wing Chilean political party.[1] It was founded by former members of Comunes, a party that belonged to the progressive Broad Front coalition.[2]
The party was founded in December 2022 and was legalized by the Electoral Service in October 2023.[3] Despite declaring itself left-wing, the movement is not part of Gabriel Boric's government.[4]
