Pavel Georgyan (born 8 April 1963 in Azokh, Hadrut region, Nagorno-Karabakh, USSR) is a professor, doctor of science in physics and mathematics, corresponding member of Russian Academy of Natural Sciences, Head of Department of Mathematical Analysis][1] [2] of Moscow State Pedagogical University.

Gevorgyan was awarded with the Russian Federation Government Prize in Education (2014).[3]

He is an Honorary Worker of higher professional education of Russian Federation.

Family

Gevorgyan is married and has two children.
