Paul Andrew Foster[1] is a British Labour Party politician who has been Member of Parliament for South Ribble since 2024.[2]

Foster was previously leader of South Ribble Borough Council for five years.[3] He is an army veteran and "never aspired to end up in Parliament when he first entered the political fray as a borough councillor 17 years ago" according to the local Blog Preston news site.[4]
