Patu marplesi explained

Patu marplesi is a species of small spiders, endemic to Samoa. It is considered the smallest spider in the world, as male legspan is 0.46 mm (0.018 in).[1] [2]

It also has the largest sex organs to body size ration of any spider species, the size of its sex organs tend to be a hindrance to mating rather than an advantage.
