Paradelta Break Explained

The Paradelta Break is an Italian single-place paraglider that was designed and produced by Paradelta Parma of Parma. It remained in production in 2016.[1]

Design and development

The Break was designed as a beginner glider. The models are each named for their approximate wing area in square metres.[1]

The glider design was developed into the two-place Paradelta BiBreak.[1]

Break 22
  • Extra small-sized model for lighter pilots. Its 121NaN1 span wing has a wing area of 22m2 and 35 cells. The pilot weight range is 50to.[1]

  • Small-sized model for lighter pilots. Its 121NaN1 span wing has a wing area of 24m2 and 35 cells. The pilot weight range is 60to.[1]
    Break 26
  • Mid-sized model for medium-weight pilots. Its 12.81NaN1 span wing has a wing area of 26.5m2 and 35 cells. The pilot weight range is 80to.[1]
    Break 28
  • Large-sized model for heavier pilots. Its 14.31NaN1 span wing has a wing area of 28m2 and 35 cells. The pilot weight range is 100to.[1]
