Paraboot is a brand of shoes and boots made in France at a factory in Saint-Jean-de-Moirans, Isère. Paraboot began in Izeaux in 1908 and remains a family business, currently in the fourth generation.^{[1] [2]} Esquire magazine called its Michael derby ”perhaps the most reliably stylish shoe of all time.”^[3]

Exports make up 50% of sales.^[4] Paraboot is retailed by J. Crew,^[5] Nordstrom, Noah, Todd Snyder,^[6] Drake's,^[7] and independent menswear stores. The brand has collaborated with Engineered Garments,^[8] The North Face,^[9] KAPTAIN SUNSHINE,^[10] Aimé Leon Dore,^[11] and Drake’s.^[12]
