Panteón Otero-Martínez, also known as Otero-Martinez Mausoleum, is a mausoleum which was built in 1886. It is located in the Old Vega Baja Cemetery, in Vega Baja, Puerto Rico. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places as "Panteon Otero-Martinez" in 1984,^[1] and on the Puerto Rico Register of Historic Sites and Zones in 2000.^[2]

It is a mausoleum that measures 10.25feet by 11.833feet and is located in a fenced lot that is 19feet by 17.667feet.^[1]
