Pam Taylor Explained

Pam Taylor ARBS (1929–2014) was a Welsh sculptor. She created many bronze sculptures by commission, including several memorials relating to the Royal Air Force.[1]

Life

Taylor was born in Pontypridd in Wales, and studied from 1947 to 1950 at the Sir John Cass College of Art in London,[1] where teachers included Edward Bainbridge Copnall. She exhibited works at many galleries. She became a member of the Society of Portrait Sculptors in 1975, and an associate member of the Royal British Society of Sculptors in 1980.[2] [3]
