Palsang Lama is a Nepalese professional footballer who plays as a defender. He last played for Minerva Punjab in the I-League.

Playing career

Born in Nepal, Lama started his football career from United Sikkim FC,[1] Calcutta Football League for the side Tollygunge Agragami.[2] [3] On 13 January 2017 he made his professional debut in the Indian I-League with Minerva Punjab[4] against Aizawl. He started and played 52 minutes as Minerva Punjab lost 1–0.[5]
