Pajaro Dunes is a census-designated place (CDP) in Santa Cruz County, California. Pajaro Dunes is situated at an elevation of 13 feet (4.0 m) above sea level. The 2020 United States census reported Pajaro Dunes' population was 122.
According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP covers an area of 2.6 square miles (6.7 km), 99.00% of it land and 1.00% of it water.
The 2010 United States Census[3] reported that Pajaro Dunes had a population of 144. The population density was 55.6sp=usNaNsp=us. The racial makeup of Pajaro Dunes was 92 (63.9%) White, 0 (0.0%) African American, 0 (0.0%) Native American, 6 (4.2%) Asian, 0 (0.0%) Pacific Islander, 45 (31.3%) from other races, and 1 (0.7%) from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 54 persons (37.5%).
