Paeonia intermedia explained

Paeonia intermedia is a species of flowering plant in the peony family Paeoniaceae, native to Central Asia (except Turkmenistan), the Altai Mountains, and Xinjiang in China.[1] A perennial herb reaching, it is found on scrubby and grassy slopes, and in open woodlands, at elevations of .[2] It is a diploid with karyotypic formula 2n = 2x = 10 = 6m + 2sm + 2st.[3]
