Pabitra Kumar Giri Explained
Pabitra Kumar Giri (1955 – 20 May 2010) was an Indian urban economist, who during 1998–2010, served as the Director of the Centre for Urban Economic Studies at the University of Calcutta in Kolkata, India.[1]
Education
He graduated from the Scottish Church College, and the University of Calcutta, from where he earned his doctorate in economics.[1] [2] [3]
