PTV/SWS World Tour was a co-headlining tour by Pierce the Veil and Sleeping with Sirens. Beginning on November 5, 2014, in Fresno, California and concluding on April 11, 2015, in London, England, the tour visited seven countries in North America and Europe.
Prior to their world tour, Sleeping with Sirens had previously toured as the opening act on Pierce the Veil's Collide with the Sky Tour and 2013 Southeast Asia Tour, however, they had never done a co-headlining tour together.[1] The lead singers for both bands, Kellin Quinn and Vic Fuentes, got the idea to go on a co-headlining world tour together while having a conversation about their plans for the upcoming year.[2]
On July 21, 2014, Quinn and Fuentes announced the tour via YouTube, mentioning Europe, Japan and Australia as locations, though the tour only ended up reaching North America and Europe. Tickets for the first leg went on sale the morning of July 26.
The second and third legs, in North America and Europe respectively, were announced in August and September 2014, and occurred the following year.[3] [4] [5]
These are the setlists for the opening night in Fresno, California. It may not be representative of all shows on the tour.
Pierce the Veil played 8 songs from Collide with the Sky and 3 from Selfish Machines.[6]
Sleeping with Sirens played 5 songs from Let's Cheers to This, 3 from Feel, 2 from If You Were a Movie, This Would Be Your Soundtrack and Madness and 1 cover.[7]
