Otlubahçe is a village in the Ovacık District, Tunceli Province, Turkey.^[1] The village is populated by Kurds of the Şaman tribe and had a population of 17 in 2021.^{[2] [3]}

The hamlets of Dereiçi and Döşeme are attached to the village.
