Oscar Soliz (born 9 January 1985) is a Bolivian road racing cyclist, who rides for Bolivian amateur team Potosí. Between 2017 and 2021, Soliz was suspended from the sport after testing positive for continuous erythropoietin receptor activator (CERA) at the 2017 Vuelta a Colombia.[1]
