Orepukia simplex is a species of Cycloctenidae that is endemic to New Zealand.[1]
This species was described in 1973 by Ray Forster and Cecil Wilton from female specimens. The holotype is stored in Otago Museum.
The female is recorded at 6.3mm in length. The carapace and abdomen are patterned dorsally.
This species is only known from Fiordland, New Zealand.
Under the New Zealand Threat Classification System, this species is listed as "Naturally Uncommon" with the qualifier of "Data Poor: Trend".[2]
