Oreoleuciscus potanini is a species of cyprinid in the genus Oreoleuciscus.[1] It inhabits Mongolia and Tuva, Russia, in freshwater rivers and lakes with temperatures of between 10C20C. It has a maximum length of 100cm (00inches), a common length of 75cm (30inches), a maximum published weight of 10kg (20lb) and a maximum published age of 40 years. It is considered harmless to humans.
