On Your Feet is The Movement's first studio album, recorded at Pat Casey's Modern Music Studios in Columbia, South Carolina and released in March 2004.[1] The recording, mixing and tracking were all completed in three separate eight-hour sessions in the studio. All of the beats for the album were made on a drum machine "in about a day".[2]

On Your Feet is generally considered to be a mainstay of the rock/reggae genre and is listed at number nine on The Pier's 10 Essential Rock Reggae Albums.[3]
