Oktyabrsky District (Russian: Октя́брьский райо́н) is an administrative[2] and municipal[3] district (raion), one of the twenty in Amur Oblast, Russia. The area of the district is 3381km2.[1] Its administrative center is the rural locality (a selo) of Yekaterinoslavka.[4] Population: 22,761 (2002 Census); The population of Yekaterinoslavka accounts for 49.4% of the district's total population.
