The Office of the Northern Ireland Executive in Brussels is located in the European Quarter of Brussels. The office provides full facilities for Northern Ireland Ministers and officials visiting the European Union institutions.[2] The Office also co-operates with the Arts Council of Northern Ireland to present a programme showcasing Northern Ireland's culture in Brussels.

Northern Ireland-based organisations use the facilities to hold EU-related meetings and events. The Office also assists in raising awareness of the European Union in Northern Ireland and staff have developed a strong relationship with the European Commission representation in Belfast.
