Octopus hawaiiensis, also known as the Hawaiian octopus or crescent octopus, is an octopus in the family Octopodidae endemic to Hawaii.[1] [2]
Octopus hawaiiensis uses venom to kill its prey. Its diet consists of mollusks, such as crabs, and fish.
It is found in the benthic zone at depths of 5m-9mm (16feet-30feetm) in tropical climates.
