Obetia Explained

Obetia is a genus of dioecious plants in the family Urticaceae, with stinging hairs. The genus contains the following species:^[1]

• Obetia madagascariensis (Juss. ex Poir.) Wedd.
• Obetia radula (Baker) Baker ex B.D. Jacks. stinging-nettle tree
