Obalı is a village in the Baykan District of Siirt Province in Turkey.[1] The village is populated by Kurds of the Etmanekî tribe and had a population of 378 in 2021.[2] [3]

The hamlets of Akbudak, Akdiken, Dumanlı, Köklü, Ocaklı and Yelkesen are attached to Obalı.
