Nowiny is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Frombork, within Braniewo County, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in northern Poland.[1] It lies approximately 3km (02miles) south of Frombork, 120NaN0 south-west of Braniewo, and 810NaN0 north-west of the regional capital Olsztyn.
Before 1772 the area was part of Kingdom of Poland, and in 1772–1945 it belonged to Prussia and Germany (East Prussia).
