Nowina is a former settlement in the administrative district of Gmina Potęgowo, within Słupsk County, Pomeranian Voivodeship, in northern Poland.[1] It lies approximately 7km (04miles) east of Potęgowo, 360NaN0 east of Słupsk, and 700NaN0 west of the regional capital Gdańsk.

Before 1648 the area was part of Pomerania, and in 1648-1945 it belonged to Prussia and Germany. For the history of the region, see History of Pomerania.
