Novoduginsky District (ru|Новодугинский райо́н) is an administrative[1] and municipal[2] district (raion), one of the twenty-five in Smolensk Oblast, Russia. It is located in the northeast of the oblast. The area of the district is 1922.04km2. Its administrative center is the rural locality (a selo) of Novodugino. Population: 10,477 (2010 Census); The population of Novodugino accounts for 36.6% of the district's total population.
