Notoaeschna geminata explained
Notoaeschna geminata is a species of dragonfly in the family Telephlebiidae,[1] known as the northern riffle darner.[2] It is endemic to eastern Australia, occurring north of the Hunter River, New South Wales, where it inhabits rapid streams.[3]
Notoaeschna geminata is a large, dark brown to black dragonfly with yellow markings.[4] It appears similar to Notoaeschna sagittata, the southern riffle darner, which occurs south of the Hunter River.
