Incidents

Squadron Leader Robert John Burge, on a training flight, was killed on Friday 16 October 1992. He had been the commanding officer for only two weeks. The other occupant survived, a female. He was the son of John and Brenda from Birkdale. He had taken off from Belfast City Airport. The aircraft crashed at Comber. The occupants were taken to Ulster Hospital.[2] [3] [4]
