Ngô Phương Ly is a Vietnamese journalist, and the Spouse of the President and General Secretary of the Communist Party Tô Lâm.

Ngô Phương Ly is currently the Head of the Culture and Arts Department of Vietnam Television.^[1] She was one of the developers of the program Người xây tổ ấm of VTV3 channel.^[2]
