The New Zealand women's cricket team toured Australia in September 2024 to play three Twenty20 International (T20I) matches against Australia women's cricket team.[2] [3] [4] In March 2024, the Cricket Australia (CA) confirmed the fixtures for the tour, as a part of the 2024–25 home international season.[5] The series formed part of both teams' preparation ahead of the 2024 ICC Women's T20 World Cup tournament.[6] [7]
Australia won the first T20I by five wickets, with Phoebe Litchfield scoring an unbeaten 64.[8] Despite Amelia Kerr taking four wickets,[9] the hosts won the second T20I by 29 runs, with Ashleigh Gardner taking three wickets in 4 overs.[10] Australia won the third and last T20I by five wickets and won the series 3–0.[11]
