Neplachov is a municipality and village in České Budějovice District in the South Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 363 inhabitants.
Neplachov lies approximately 20km (10miles) north-east of České Budějovice and 107km (66miles) south of Prague. On the eastern side of the village are the I/3 road, the D3 motorway, and the 220 railway line, the main link between South Bohemia and Prague.
