National Highway 53 (NH 53) was a National Highway in Northeast India that connected Badarpur, Assam with Imphal, Manipur. NH 53 starts from the junction of NH 44 at Badarpur and covers a distance of 320km (200miles), of which 100km (100miles) is in Assam and 220km (140miles) is in Manipur. [1]
