Muraena augusti explained

Muraena augusti is a moray eel found on the eastern Atlantic ocean on waters surrounding the archipelagos of the Azores, Madeira, the Canary Islands and Cape Verde (collectively known as Macaronesia).[1] It was described by Johann Jakob Kaup in 1856, originally under the genus Thyrsoidea.[1] It is non-migratory, and dwells at a depth range of 0mto250mm (00feetto820feetm), most often at around 0mto50mm (00feetto160feetm).[1]
