Morville Chote Explained

Morville Vincent William Chote (6 October 1924 – 2023) was a British javelin thrower who competed in the 1948 Summer Olympics.[1]

Chote was born in Luton, Bedfordshire on 6 October 1924. He joined the British Army in 1943, serving in World War II. He was commissioned in the Queen's Royal Regiment in July 1944.

Chote died in 2023, at the age of 98.[2]
