Morozovsky District (Russian: Моро́зовский райо́н) is an administrative[1] and municipal[2] district (raion), one of the forty-three in Rostov Oblast, Russia. It is located in the east of the oblast. The area of the district is 2550km2.[3] Its administrative center is the town of Morozovsk. Population: 42,404 (2010 Census); The population of Morozovsk accounts for 65.2% of the district's total population.
