Mordellistena parvuliformis, sometimes called the sunflower tumbling beetle,[1] is a species of beetle in the genus Mordellistena of the family Mordellidae. It was described by Stshegoleva-Barovskaya in 1930. These larvae are known as pests of sunflower and hemp crops in some regions, particularly in Russia and Ukraine. However, the impacts are believed to be insignificant.[2] The larvae grow up to 9.5mm long. Adults grow between NaNmm long, and are black in colour.
