Mordella leucaspis explained
Mordella leucaspis is a species of beetle in the genus Mordella of the family Mordellidae, part of the superfamily Tenebrionoidea. It was discovered in 1849.[1]
Subspecies
The following subspecies have been described:
- Mordella leucaspis bicoloripilosa Horák, 1985
- Mordella leucaspis leucaspis Küster, 1849
= Mordella leucaspis adnexa Ermisch, 1969
= Mordella leucaspis persica Apfelbeck, 1914
Distribution
Beetles of this species live in Europe.
