Montigny (in French pronounced as /mɔ̃tiɲi/) is a commune in the Seine-Maritime department in the Normandy region in northern France.

Geography

A farming village completely surrounded by woodland and situated in the Roumois, just 5miles northwest of the centre of Rouen at the junction of the D94, D267 and the D86 roads.
