Montgomery Township is one of eleven townships in Jennings County, Indiana, USA. As of the 2020 census, its population was 950 (down from 978 at 2010[1]) and it contained 416 housing units.[2]
According to the 2010 census, the township has a total area of, of which (or 99.90%) is land and (or 0.05%) is water.[1] The streams of Bear Creek, Davis Branch and Little Bear Creek run through this township.
The township contains one cemetery, Hopewell.
