Moncley (in French pronounced as /mɔ̃klɛ/) is a commune in the Doubs department in the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté region in eastern France.
Moncley lies 17km (11miles) northwest of Besançon in the valley of the Ognon. The river forms the boundary with the department of Haute-Saône.
