This station consists of two side platforms serving two tracks connected to the station building by a footbridge.
Momiyama Station opened on 1 April 1929.[1] It became unstaffed from 1 September 1973.[1]
From 17 March 2012, station numbering was introduced on all Tobu lines, with Momiyama Station becoming "TN-17".[2]
In fiscal 2019, the station was used by an average of 546 passengers daily (boarding passengers only).[3]
