• The Metro North West Line is being extended to Bankstown railway station in Sydney's south west with a planned opening date of 2025. The service name is anticipated to change when the extension is completed.
• Sydney Metro Western Sydney Airport and Sydney Metro West are still in the planning stage, with some details unknown and/or insufficient information currently available for them to be included here. Some stations may change their planning names to their final names closer to when the respective line opens.
