Mladotice (German: Mlatz) is a municipality and village in Plzeň-North District in the Plzeň Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 600 inhabitants.

Mladotice lies approximately 27km (17miles) north of Plzeň and 77km (48miles) west of Prague.

The first written mention of Mladotice is from 1115.[2]
