The Ministry of Sports (es|Ministerio del Deporte) is an institution created in 2013 by then-President of Chile, Sebastián Piñera, during his first government (2010–2014).[1] [2] [3]
Its first minister was Gabriel Ruíz-Tagle.[4] [5] [6] Jaime Pizarro is currently minister after replacing Alexandra Benado on 10 March 2023.[7]
