The Ministry of Home Affairs (IAST: Gṛha Mantrālaya, also known as the Home Department), or simply the Home Ministry, is a ministry of the Government of Maharashtra. It is headed by Minister of Home Affairs, currently Devendra Fadnavis since 14 August 2022.[1] [2]

It is responsible for the internal affairs of the state of Maharashtra, including Maharashtra Police, Home Guard and fire services.
