Mikhaylovsky District (ru|Миха́йловский райо́н) is an administrative[2] and municipal[3] district (raion), one of the twenty in Amur Oblast, Russia. The area of the district is 3039km2.[1] Its administrative center is the rural locality (a selo) of Poyarkovo.[4] Population: 17,081 (2002 Census); The population of Poyarkovo accounts for 46.8% of the district's total population.
