Michael A. Fermin is a Filipino coach.
Career
Fermin played for Letran Squire in high school and for UP Fighting Maroons in college.[1] [2]
Fermin served as head coach of the Adamson Soaring Falcons for interim basis in 2015.[3] [4] After serving for senior's team head coach, he was demoted[5] and served as head coach for women's team from 2016 to 2017,[6] [7] and later with the Baby Falcons, junior's team.
He steered Baby Falcons into championship in 2023.[8]
